Bulletproof Breathing Program
Basic 4-week training program to train effective, healthy breathing patterns and habits
In the Bulletproof Breathing you learn basic breathing exercises, positions and techniques to teach and internalize effective and healthy breathing patterns. In 4 weeks the program will progress into longer and more intense cycles to create optimal breathing habits and mechanics. Skills that will allow you to dominate during WODs and in everyday life.
Techniques in this program: breathing positions, 90/90 breathing with curl up, hip lift and internal hip rotation, 360 breathing, relaxed breathing, tactical breathing and more.
